The N-Gage version of the sims will follow the same formula of past sim titles, which is much more linear than other entries in The Sims' series. Your sim begins penniless and pathetic; but with your help, he or she may rise to success (a.k.a. bling-bling). Instead of being confined to their humble abode, your sim is free to roam around a vast, expansive world. Control your alter ego using the N-Gage control pad directly. The world of The Sims: Bustin' Out is filled with 20 exotic locales. Play a few riffs at the rock and roll club, or head to the animal shelter to pick up a new best friend for your sim. Local color is vital to the experience, so expect to meet all kinds of colorful characters to engage in riveting sim-speak conversations with. Spending "simoleons" has always been the major draw for these games, as there are countless cool things to buy up and use to furnish and decorate your sims' home. Unlike earlier Sims games where you had to wade through page after page of menus to make your purchasing decisions, Bustin' Out features daily auctions. You never know what kind of products are going to be on the auction block, or what kind of deals you're going to find. Expect to see gigantic tiki heads, pinball machines, and guitars.

Connect with a friend to auction off your items or explore a multiplayer location. The Sims: Bustin' Out could be the most important -- and entertaining -- N-Gage title of 2004. It will really show off the capabilities of the game deck, while providing a unique gaming experience you can't find anywhere else.
